- 1 The editorial committee shall designate academic experts related to the theme of paper as review members and process the review.
- 2 The paper review shall be conducted by three or more review members as a closed process and the list of the review members shall not be disclosed.
- 3 The paper review report should clearly express the reason on the determination of the reviewed paper. In case any revision is needed, the report should include the information about the part that needs to be revised.
- 4 The editorial committee should send the review report to the writer immediately after the completion of first general determination. And the writer should submit the final edition of revised paper and the revision performance description within the preset period.
- 5 The paper determined to be the subject of the re-review by the editorial committee’s first general review should be processed for the re-review by three or more reviewers including the chair of the editorial committee.
- 6 The editorial committee may revise any paper to be published according to the publication regulations of the Society’s journal.
- 7 Any matters not defined in these regulations should comply with editorial committee’s determination.
- 8 The determination of paper review shall be classified as followings:

- * The second general determination is made only for the approval or the disapproval for publishing.
